SHIPPING
We ship nationally and internationally via postal service. National shipments typically take 3-4 days to reach their destination, while international shipments can take up to 15 days.
If you place your order before 12 AM CET on a business day, we will do our best to ship it the same day. Please note that if you place your order on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation so that they can always be approved by the customer before confirming payment.
RETURNS
At AM:PM, our goal is to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. We accept returns up to 14 days after the product's receipt date. The full amount of the returned item will be refunded; all other costs, including return postage, are the customer's responsibility.
We don't accept exchanges outside of Spain. If you need to exchange them, you'll need to return the item and make a new purchase.
The item you return must meet the following characteristics:
- Must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
- The item is unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.
Finally, keep the following things in mind:
- The customer is responsible for taxes and shipping costs.
- The customer will not be reimbursed for initial shipping costs.
Return Process
Step 1: Send an Email
Please email weare@fromamtopm.com within 14 days of receiving the product, including your order number and reason for the return.
If your product has any defects: Attach images that clearly show the defect to the email. We will be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs.
Step 2: Pack the Items
Pack the items in their original condition, including the order number, your name, and the return/refund you wish to make.
Step 3: Send the Package
Contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the package to the address we'll provide in the email.
Step 4: Quality Control and Return
It will take 2 to 4 business days for quality control to confirm that everything is correct. We will then process the refund.
