SHIPPING
At the moment, we only ship nationwide through the post office. Shipments usually take 24-48 hours to reach their destination.
If you place the order before 12 AM CET on business days, we will do our best to ship the order on the same day. Please note that if placed during the weekend or holidays, it will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping tracking number.Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming payment.
RETURNS
AM:PM accepts returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. The full amount of returned items will be refunded, all other costs are the responsibility of the customer, including return costs.
The item you return must meet the following characteristics:
- Have been purchased in the last 14 days.
- Item is unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached.
Finally, keep the following things in mind:
- Customer is responsible for taxes and shipping costs.
- Customer will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
Steps to make a return:
1. Send an email to weare@fromamtopm.com, within 14 days of receiving the product, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
2. Please pack the items in their original condition, including your order number, name and the return/refund you wish to make.
3. Contact an authorized courier service or a local post office and send the package to the address we will provide you in the email.
4. It will take 2 to 4 business days to go through a quality control and confirm that everything is correct and then we will issue the refund.
*If your product has a defect, attach images of the defective product in the first step and we will take care of the return and the costs of shipping and returning the product.
Frequent questions
My item is defective. How do I make an exchange?
Please email weare@fromamtopm.com with your order number and an image of the tare within 72 hours of delivery so the team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. We will cover the costs of both shipping and return.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow us 2-4 business days to go through quality control. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days.
